Very very I unusual for me to maintain! I’m happy with that. I do suffer from major inflammation due to 8 autoimmune disorders as well as severe spinal trauma. I’m considered incomplete paraplegic, but I do walk and I’ve been doing stretching and yoga daily. The neurologist says my neural pathways are mending. I can’t walk far and still use a walker or my wheelchair for distance. I haven’t failed to exercise nightly since December 2019. I do a nightly Cherokee ceremony and I do dance in my own way. I definitely get my heart rate elevated 20 minutes, abs I get my zen on. Have a wonderful day and Happy Mother’s Day if you celebrate it. 🌞🌻
