I'm baaaaaaack.
I had to take a little bit of time off because my head was about to explode. True story. Okay, maybe not. Anyways, I felt really crappy and I couldn't figure out why. I thought maybe I had been over-training, or not eating enough calories, or maybe lacking a vitamin so... I threw in a super lazy recovery week.
No exercise, increased calories to 2000-2200 daily (of good food... not pizza and beer), and actually started taking my daily multivitamin like I should. I figured I would gain a few pounds during that process, but I was lucky enough only to add 2/10 back on... which I don't think is anything to worry about. Anyways, I don't feel like I'm in a daze anymore, so back to the grind.

Almost forgot. I donated blood this week. They sent me back my total cholesterol level a few days ago... it was 160. HOORAY! Just for reference, I started eating healthier because my total cholesterol was 290!
