Back at it again. Hopefully my last time starting over. Really going to do this slowly and properly. I always do these crash diets and where do they get me? Back at the very beginning, if not worse.

I'm going to prep food, weigh it out and NOT starve myself. I will give myself the opportunity to have a little treat or a drink here and there but as long as its controlled.

I'm tired of feeling and looking this way. I have lost all my confidence and willpower.

The mind is a funny thing, it can either break you or build you.....

I'm here, and im ready to fight for the person, I was/want to be.

I'm doing this for ME!!!!
