OK...not panicking about the gain. Slight meltdown yesterday, which I expect to be gone by Wednesday. Sodium and fluids. I'M STILL SEEING THE 8+ LBS OFF IN THE MIRROR!! That is a great sign.

Today was T25 – Cardio 60 Crunches (Still To Do) 60s Plank (Still To Do)
Feeling good. Seeing the progress in the mirror. Tomorrow starts running and weights. Last time I put weights, running and T25 together I lost 5 lbs in that week. We'll see what happens. Hoping for sub-240 by the end of the week.
