So I fasted for 18hours . I tweaked my macros so carbs and protein were under 20...to jump start weightloss again . It’s worked . Also lol 😂 movement helped lol 😂. So I am now sticking to 18:6 protocol ;let’s see if this successfully takes me to 50’s. I continue having Nomu Skinny hot chocolate. It does contains Sucralose .. which is not the greatest.. this is one of two of my treats - otherwise everything is pure vegetarian keto . I also do have a piece of DeVilliers Cashew Chocolate after supper . Really satisfying.
