Well, a disappointing weigh in after a crazy day. I was on a roll. Ate reasonably well too. It can only be one of a few things. Water correction from possible dehydration. Higher sodium intake and some water retention. Still a decent drop for one week (which ends tomorrow), so I expected a stall or may be correction. I usually post new lows but I'm going with both good and bad this time. I don't think I'm at the end of my weight free fall I normally experience - but pretty close.
I got my workouts in yesterday, but much later than I would have liked due to the busy and very cold day.
T25 – Speed 1.0 25 Crunches 25s Plank
I was supposed to start my C2-10K and weight detail yesterday but work and cold stopped that. I will reschedule those starts either later this week or Tuesday of next week.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
