Unsure to blame covit or lack of motivation for weight gain. Hopefully with weather getting better and good news from our governor yesterday basically our state is going back to normal by May 15th except possibly of still needing to wear masks where or when. Fully vaccinated never wear masks except where required. No excuses anymore except to get moving and watch my food intake. Keeping fingers crossed since did it before now is the time to reset my mind

if you got the covid shot DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT get the flu shot. A doctor made it very clear if you get both you will get very sick and most likely could die. I can't remember the specific things she said, but the ingredients in both vaccines basically do not go together. Also, I'm struggling with motivation myself, but I made a giant poster board with daily workout affirmations and put it above my tv to remind myself how bad I want this. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
