The past couple of days have been filled with poo, thanks to the sub-zero temperatures outside. Wasn't able to keep on track, as the poo demanded my un-divided attention.
My eating suffered as well.
As a positive note, however, on 2014.01.05 I did happen to jog a full 30 minutes, which after doing the math, proved to equate to a 3.811k. That's 94.736 laps, (30 minutes divided 19 seconds per lap), at 132 feet per lap, or 12,505.152 feet divided by 3,280.839 feet per kilometre. But, this was the last thing I was able do prior to the poo.
So, I did the 30 minutes again today as a "make-up" if you will.
I'm considering doing this on each of my "weekend's" days off in the future. We'll see.
