Went to the coast and had an excellent time with my babe. Lots of fun walking on the beach, kite flying and dog chasing. But even more so we ate everything we felt like and as much of it as we wanted. I had so much good food, parmesan truffle fries, seafood lasagna, scrambles w/lox, halibut, salmon fish n chips and lots of fudgy goodness. I honestly did not think it was possible to gain six freaking pounds by taking the restrictions off for the weekend. The weight gain feels like a very steep price to pay for an indulgent weekend. Feeling those tinges of guilt. hopefully this drops off faster thank the first time I lost these same six pounds ughh.
