EVER SINCE I STARTED WITH EATING HEALTH I JUST GOT VERY SICK. ITS BEEN A WHILE BUT I CAN SAY SINCE I LOST I HAVENT GAINED. DURING THE FESTIVE TIME ALL THE FOOD DIDNT MAKE ME LOSE MYSELF SO I HAVE BEEN GOOD EVEN THOUGH BEING SICK AN ALL.
IM PROUD OF ME. YAY ;)
HOPEFULLY IN THE NEXT FEW MONTH I FINALLY GET TO TO 55KG AND FROM THERE DOWN TO 52 / 53 KGS.
