Attempting to weigh myself every day this week to see how my weight flucuates between my different workout days and the weekend...might be an eye opener.
89.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 30.5 kg.    남은양: 8.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

You don't have that much farther to go - nice job! I always thought weighing in every day is a brave thing to do. I used to do that until I stopped tracking everything for a while. Now it's pretty much a weekly thing. Numbers are always eye-openers though! Have a great Thursday!

Thanks! This is the first time I've tried to weigh in every day, I can see how stressful it can be! We'll see how things look this weekend, thats the real test haha

Morning! You might want to look ay my journal for Jan 28. There was a discussion there about how glycogen can affect weigh in's. You've done well so far! Looks like you took a break for a few months... but the way I see it... When weight loss happens, it happens. There is no rush! Have a great weekend!
