Coming out of the weekend shows very little change, but mid-week shows weight loss improvements. My official weigh in day is going to be Thursday. I lost another lbs. Had to increase water and do less carbs. If I go above 15 I stall. Things I completely cut out are nuts, sodas, and all things fried. I feel is though a change to my workout routine will soon be necessary, although I'm going to wait until I stall for 2wks straight.
