This app definitely helps for motivation. I don’t really use the social media aspect of it but it’s really nice to see what other people are eating. 21/F/ 134lbs

Hello! Welcome to the FS fam/community! The support here is amazing, the successes of members very inspiring, the struggles shared and real. Best of luck on your journey...never be afraid to ask questions, ask for advice or share your successes - and dips - here. One thing I have noticed is that, here, no one has to do their journey alone. ☺

Sparticus86~Thank you so much! 😊 It’s nice to have others supporting you and cheering you on. I’m always that person with my family and friends. My family and friends don’t know that I’m doing this because they don’t think I need to lose any weight, but I want to lose it to feel more healthy.

in the past 2 years I've gone from 389lbs to 190lbs. Works well for me when I stick to it.

I've lost almost 20 pounds so far. ☆Got 17 more to go. Ev1 has been great. Love the support the FS family give.

I just started this app on Monday. Down almost 3 pounds. Being more thoughtful about my food choices, keeping track of calories consumed and now working on decreasing my carb intake. My son is getting married in October, so I would rather be in a smaller size for the wedding.

I started this app not so long ago I've lost over 5 lb in a really short time. I get great food ideas from other and over all it's a very positive community.

Aloha! Welcome to the FS. I have reached goal weight mainly by logging food, weighing in almost daily, and interacting with this community. Their journals are realistic, inspiring, funny , and sometimes even sad- but sharing is healthy. The groups gives you a community to be accountable to with no judgement. All the best on your journey!

The app/website is a useful tool in many ways. I use it daily for tracking what I eat and my weight. The community can be good for meal ideas, informational posts, and support. The only potential downside is some of the encouragement of extreme/unhealthy practices that pops up from time to time, but that's the case in any online forum, and it's up to us to take recommendations/suggestions with a pinch of salt and verify the claims using a reliable reference. Overall, I think it's a very helpful tool.
