Wow!!! Every time I weigh in and see the numbers go down, I get even more motivated. I have never had this much success on any diet or excessive plan. I am 100% convinced that the key is all about nutrition! Yes, all the PT is helping too, but there is no way I would have lost this much weight without counting calories and eating healthy foods. I am so eager for my next weigh in!
