Yesterday I wasn't able to keep to my 1850 calorie limit and that was probably due to eating too much sweets.

I have to try to start looking at sweets as fat units. Besides not being healthy at all, if I didn't eat sweets I would probably be able to maintain my calorie limit without any problem so today I'm going to make a huge effort not to eat any. This is radical so I hope it works. I'm more worried about the days after than today. Beyond a certain point of restricting something you really want it gets very hard to do so. I'm not really confident that I'll be able to avoid candies in the long run but I really have to try both for my health and for my weight loss. I can't eat not even one since that one I will automatically make me want more. I will eat fruit every time I feel like eating candies.

Now let's see how I hold up lol. I just have to make sure I have tasty fruits. Fruit has calories too but besides being a lot healthier and they don't make you want to eat more and more and, like I said earlier, they help me a lot with sweet cravings lol.

edit: I had to eat out today and, I ended up eating at McDonald's lol. I have to start taking food from home like carrots or something :) At least I managed not to eat sweets though I'm constantly thinking about them :P

Thank you very much Bunnyhall. It's just horrible that, right now, they look like little pieces of paradise lol. Whatever I do, I cannot go hungry or I'm not sure I will resist the temptation lol. :)

I never had to diet that much to lose weight (but of course i can't gain weight either o.o) but if this helps you then it was worth finding out. eat broccoli more, the steam bags work amazing. They fill you up for a while and they have 30 calories i think?

Thanks for the tip! I will definitely try to include them in my diet! :) Not being able to gain weight is definitely something I wouldn't mind! heheh.
