got out and did a little yard work yesterday but still a bit chilly. weather is suppose to break today heading for the 70s so hopefully more activity. Wife is happy i have incorperated chia seeds into my diet I have noticed an increase on my energy level and my daily routine now includes dishes and more yardwork (already cleaned out her flower beds and dropped mulch around the house. Still dropping weight and finding 1800 calories is actually very easy to do
