Oh wow. Last week was a huge loss which I put down to a 2 hour walk before my weigh in each Saturday afternoon. But here we are a week later, same routine and down even further today. The truth is I had a huge weight loss the week before and my cynical self didnt want to accept such a positive result. I was afraid it was too good to be true and said I'll settle for same weight this week in case it really was too good to be true and I wouldnt be disappointed this week. Oh ye of little faith..... So today I'm celebrating losing 7kgs since Feb.
