I am holding steady even with eating more and slacked on the exercise yesterday due to crappy weather and no motivation. It's funny how I don't really want to eat more but nuts and a whole avocado are good . I am managing to keep that cheesecake in the freezer. I guess tonight is like a Friday night with a holiday tomorrow, Hello my cinnamon whiskey with my coffee! Can't be good all the time.
