I was sick this past week. I had a fever last saturday and sunday, and it took me almost a whole week to recuperate. I didn't care much about what I was eating, didn't have much of an appetite anyways.
Yesterday I thought I might finally feel like going to the gym, but after I woke up and got my shower, I felt totally wiped, didn't have the energy to go to the gym.
I think I did ok though, I might not have really watched what I was eating, or exercised very much, but I still lost weight. I feel about 90% back to normal today, so maybe by monday, I'll be back to normal.
I hope I don't get sick like that again. I don't like being so sick all I do is sleep.
