Christmas. Oh Lord, help me to avoid my cookies. I have lost 4 pounds since coming home from my vacation so I'm really not doing too bad. Considering that 140 days a go I weighed 170, I guess There's room for improvement. Ah well, it is what it is. I still love myself and Christmas.
