Guess what☺️my weight hasn't shifted but my body fat has even if it's only by 200g, a loss is a loss right❔✔️ I feel better. I can now jog🤸♀️ I've gone from doing 5km in 60minutes to now 55 or even 53 minutes. We've improved💃 I've even gone back to baking😁☺️ but we also have the scones with green tea/water, just to flush the scones out.😂
