Slow Meta- Yes to both. It was not my intention to work in the lawn at all! I went for a walk and when I returned decided to do one little thing that caught my eye. That turned into 6 hours. I drank bottles of water and the weather was lovely. When I came in I had an epsom salt bath to ward off the next day’s muscle aches and did stretches. Since then, we have had so much rain; my host as are peeking through that I planted!
