Worked hard for the .5 kilo this week. A few 2 hour walks arounfd Lysterfield Lake. No bread or pasta at all this week. Had a few of those little rice cups with some chicken sticks. 2 Aldi chicken sticks and a mini cup of rice is a meal. Used to be at least double that anx more. No takeaway. I think I'll shout myself some KFC when I hit 115kgs.
