I've hit a serious freaking plateau. I've been holding steady at 181.5 for almost a month now and it's frustrating. I've been working out 4-5 days a week, by doing a mix of P90x, yoga, running & Turbo Fire and STILL I'm at 181.5. This is my punishment for gaining 6 pounds during the holidays, after doing so well by losing 24 pounds from Aug - Nov. I'm not going to give up though! I'm a fighter!

Wow, you are doing great though. Maybe change up your food intake. Try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones with some protein at each meal. Are you getting in any dairy? Studies show it helps reduce body fat? Maybe some greek yogurt with fruit. Switching things up might help. Keep track of your measurements. My friend didn't see a loss on the scale for months but went down 4 sizes, so you never know. Push through it and it will move again.
