😂 Going the wrong way, but I’ve had crazy fluctuations this week, particularly after mother’s day sugary and salty treats from the kids! I had the exact same thing 4 weeks ago after Valentines weekend 😂 Just sorting themselves out now I guess. All the other signs are good so no sweat.

Thanks! Yes exactly, I'm 6 1/2 months in and have really broken the back of it. Feeling great in my clothes now, so happy for the last few stubborn pounds to go slow and for my daughters to understand that it's all about health and a balanced lifestyle, not relentless worrying about numbers.
