Amazing! The exact same weight as yesterday, but the scale was eager to get to 60.0 kg lol. I had to keep real still :)
I didn't skip exercise yesterday, which is AWESOME! I know... an exaggerated reaction to something so mundane but sometimes we have to shake things a little bit.
