Yay! Another dip in the scale! I'm very happy. My husband and I are both staying on track, he's down to 274 from 320! Last night I tried the spaghetti squash instead of pasta with my marinara and meatballs, it was really good. It's not the same as pasta, but it has a great texture that satisfies you & is healthy!
