I have delved into my first salad in a century. The ingredients were:
Avocado, Baby Spinach, Lettuce, Feta, Cucumber NO DRESSING
AND I COULDN’T GET ENOUGH OF IT. I always hated salads because of dressings and stuff like olives being included. It tastes not so nice for me with spice and dressings. The feta is a lifesaver! I think my exploration into eating wraps with vegetables really helped get me used to eating them more and more. Finally I can eat salad. On my own terms too!
