No gym again yesterday, but I did take my a-hole dogs on a walk. I was very stressed out because of my kid/school.
Heres something weird. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, so I know that I have a higher risk of being diabetic. Thats one of the reasons I want to lose weight and have a healthier diet. I dont check my blood sugar every day, and my Dr hasnt asked me to, but I do check it ever few weeks or so. I was running about 110 and since Ive started tracking again Ive been seeing 97 and 90. Today Im feeling dizzy. Like, I imagine this is what vertigo feels like? Anyway my mom suggested that I take my blood sugar. Dude. It was 173 and I said- that cant be right so I did it again with a different finger on the same hand and it was 130. Surely it cant drop that fast right? What the hell?
