I think I have a small sprain in my ankle, but fortunately I was able to bike ride and row yesterday, so I don’t feel like I’m waiting to heal. I started my journey before downloading FS, so I’m actually really close to 10 lbs down... just 2 more to go until that checkpoint! Can’t wait! 😊
