Stuck in this range of 187 - 189 for almost two weeks. I want to see 185. Soon! Need to look back and see what type of foods I've had. I know I had a few higher than thought point foods go in, but overall I thought things were going well. Maybe it's just a week of dining out and Thanksgiving in one week. Keep plugging away, get more vegetables and fruit in your diet and curb the snacks. Hope for better results this week.
