Thanks for the Buddy invitation! I use the iPad app, so I show I followed reasonably well, but I haven't recorded that. Actually, I have not followed my "diet" well. I exercise a lot, but diet is the only way to lose weight. Maybe we can get serious post-Thanksgiving and pre-Christmas! I have lost weight in the past, and while I am gaining muscle, I have fat to lose to be trim. Let's do it!
