This was a difficult week for me. It was super busy, so I didn't get a chance to get to the gym. I'm not discouraged at all, I just need to make sure that this week I perform better than last. I know I can do this, I've proved that in the first two weeks.

Glad to hear you are not discouraged. It helps to keep a healthy attitude about it even when we don't get to do the things we planned. You will get there this week I am sure. Have a great Monday.
