Haven’t weighed in as I can only weigh in on Thursday but it it’s like bothering me didn’t know that I was obsessed with the scale I guess this challenge teaching me to not rely on the scale.
However on day 7 of IF and really curious how this will have an effect on my weigh. Today was tough that I had to take my mind of the hungry and landed up doing my workout in the morning when I usually do it in the evenings just to pass the time faster.
