WEll I lost a few lbs so thats good, even though I sucked at eating right this weekend, but I never let up during the week, I keep it strong eat as good as possible and limit my intake of junk food. Instead of cupcakes and cookies i'll eat kix, cheerious or honey bunches of oats, small bowl. I think that helped a lot. I've been doing my cardio kickboxing at least 4 times a week and including an evening of a 15 minute ab workout. I'm pretty darn proud of myself and hopefully by summer i'll look great.
