Started with a personal trainer a month ago. But finally grasping the importance of eating correctly.
My challenge given to me today is not to weigh in every day but weekly. The scale definitely has a huge influence on my mood so this good either be good or bad... but I do feel I’m more intense on my eating coz a week is so far away.
