Thank you Hebrews, I am thinking after that I want to work on toning and gaining some muscle. I know that this will raise the weight but that's ok. I am not sure how to change my eating habits to accommodate this. I am currently doing 16-18 hour fasting period most days and 27g carbs though with fiber thrown in it comes out to 13-18ish, 71g protein and 78g fat. I stick real close to the 1100cal a day.

That's why I changed my thoughts this time. I stopped focussing on weight and now a look. A feel. A body fat percentage. Just as a great example look at diablo360x journal. He has a pic set of himself at the exact same weight but the difference is incredible. We've been trained to think about weight but it says nothing of body composition.
