First day back on track/new challenge. Meh- it was ok. I let myself get too hungry and didnt realize until we were at the store over lunch. I kept it together pretty well though and didnt buy a cartload of oreos but when I got home I had a big ole bowl of nachos. The ingredients were healthy, the portion was not. Not sure my log is accurate but it doesnt matter, I saw that I was over so I didnt let myself have dessert and that was the right call.
