I did pretty well all day, including eating what I had for lunch instead of hitting up some place. And then for dinner, well we were all out of ideas and it was a pizza night. I got my favorite alfredo, spinach, and mushroom but on a thin crust and asked for light cheese. It was way too good and I ate way too much. I did log it though, and now I need to start making better choices again. I see beer in my weekend future though, thanks to a couple of work fundraisers so I need to be better. Getting sprayed with a fire hose has to burn a lot of calories though...right?

No gym last night, but it was so nice out that I thought Id take a long walk by myself and get lost in my music. BUT my kid decided to go with, and bring the dogs so...no music and not a long walk. Im happy that shes decided to join me though. Thats twice this week and she needs to move her body too. And yes, the dogs were happy too. My big dog thinks she can, but she cant handle long walks like she used to - hence me not wanting to take them.
