Day 14 of Keto. Weight was back down to where it was four days ago. That's four days of not moving forward, but at least I'm back to the starting point again. Drank my water yesterday. Still in the "optimal" ketosis range this morning. I need to find some good Keto recipes to give me some variety in my life. I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day (2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, 1 T. mayonnaise, all mashed together). Dinner is usually an Atkins meal. Snacks are cashews, or CarbMaster Yogurt with pecans, or Atkins bars (which help me get in a little Fiber).
Does anybody use an Instant Pot and have any good Keto recipes?
OK, let me try to find some positives here: the icy weather is supposed to stop around noon, so the threat of power outage is almost over. I've lost 17 pounds this year. I have the money to buy any food I want to or need to for my WOE. I'm smart, and should be able to figure out how to lose weight and keep the weight coming off.
Maybe I should go back to my food diary from a year and a half ago when I was doing really well with Keto and see what I was eating then. GOOD IDEA, Debbie! Let's do that!
