Although i've been doing 15 mins of ab work as says in my challange, I find myself eating lots of junk food. Especially over this weekend. I did exercise w/ moving around and doing lots of housework, gardening, cardio kickboxing and stairstepper thingy magigger but I guess its not enough. I'm gonna TRY to do a few days of phase 1 to remind me about portion size and adding more veggies to my diet. Especially during the weekend and I think I should push for more heavy cardio doing 45-60mins instead of just 30-45. Hope it goes better. i'm slowly gaining weight back and thats not good.*
