Curious... Did you follow low carb last week? What did you do.. Decided to get back on track starting today 🙈

No. My carbs were actually between 35 and 40% of total intake, but in saying that they were all good carbs... veg, brown rice, gluten free pasta and fruit. Only cut sweet things, made sure water was above 3.5 liters a day.
