I have had a pretty stressful last two weeks so exercise wasn't in my schedule and neither was eating healthy. I feel like I let myself down, but I'm hoping I can still lose at least twenty by January. Two months; ten pounds each.
Today's breakfast is going to be fruit and coffee. And then I'm going to work out and kick ass after class. Maybe go for a light jog or do the 30 day work out.
