So far I'm quite happy with my progress. Since November I've lost 1,6% body fat (5,1% body fat in total since I started this journey in June 2020). I've gained a little bit of muscle mass, not as much as I would like but at least I'm not losing muscle mass. Even if I can just maintain my muscle mass I would be happy, but ideally I still need to gain about 1kg of muscle and lose 9kg of fat.
