This is week 2 I did yoga and walk 30 mins on wednesday. I will do someting on saturday and hopefully friday. madybe even some inteval work at work tomorrow.
Ok,
I ate aroun 1600-1700kcal today- I am going to watch my snacks of "party mix". I have to pay more attention and gat serious about my food consumption. If I want to loose 30 pounds or even 20 I have to change my mind set-THINK about what I am eating! If you want to be skinny you have to eat skinny and healthy-excercise more-this is not rocket science. OK I am going to log -have to or I will not get anywhere'
