3 months ago I had managed to drop from 98kg to 92kg in just 2 months,but life got in the way and I once again turned to food for emotional support. Today,I decided to find healthier ways to cope with stressors and start taking care of myself,so I got on the scale and I'm literally 0.1kg away from 100kg. For someone who is pre-diabetic,this is scary.And so,my weightloss journey continues💪🏽
