So I used my mom's wii fit to weigh in and I really don't trust it. It said I weighed 169.1, but I don't entirely believe that. That's a hefty weight drop. So as you can see I added a few pounds back on. I'll redo it when I get home on Wednesday and save it for next weeks weigh in. I have also been keeping a food journal which has helped so much. I try and stay away from desserts (not entirely though) so that I don't do anything I'd regret.
78.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.2 kg.    남은양: 16.3 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Every scale you weigh on can weigh you something different because of calibration and the flooring they are on. It's best to pick one scale as your "official" scale to accurately gauge your weight loss. It's also important to weigh same day, same time same clothes, etc I like in the morning before eating and drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. As your day goes on, the scale will fluctuate throughout the day.
