Woke up at midnight and couldn't go back to sleep until 3:15am. That threw my weighing off because I "had to" eat in the middle of the night. It also involved me eating TWO breakfasts - one then, and one when I woke back up at 5:30. BUT, I have my day planned out and will still be able to stay under 1,800 calories. In fact, this whole week, I have kept it right around the 1,700 mark. HOPEFULLY, I can sleep well tonight, and there will be a drop on the scale tomorrow morning.
I've noticed that something is going on with FS. I had my settings set so that anybody could follow me, but all of a sudden people I've been friends with for YEARS are now requesting to follow me, which of course I consent to. I need to see if somehow my settings got changed and fix them.
