biggest problem this week for me is too much of a good thing. I ate really well, healthy well balanced meals, but what I did not monitor was my portion sizes. Portion size is as important as eating right. gained a pound, but not sweating the small stuff, I like to go more by how my clothes fit and I'm down a size there and just went down a size in my unmentionables :-) I will go up and down a pound or two before I drop more to make a difference. This has been the pattern since spring as I attempt to just be healthier in general. Main thing is that I continue to exercise, eat healthy and (note to self) watch those portions.
