🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 these last few pounds are so hard to loose but, I'm determined. Hopefully I get this gastro issues or kidney stones resolved. Keto fixed and reversed many things like sleep apnea, asthma, diabetes type 2, migraines, fatigue, hypertension, tachycardia, varicose veins, acne and skin tags and darkening, heavy periods, anemia, iron deficiency but, in turn as per my last physical I was left with gastro issues, high cholesterol and possible gallstones🤦♀️🤷♀️ Been off my keto lifestyle for a month now doing a little better but definetly planning to restart except this time it will not be dirty keto but clean strict keto.
